Dump Axe Identification Help

Today in the News: Just to let ya'll know what to expect this week, Bernard Ten Bears returns with a cool tutorial on knife repurposing and the B&A Stowaway will also make an appearance talking about inappropriate adventure vehicles.  I'll be throwing some axes in the mix as well.

Dump Axe Identification Help

Every day people throw away things that they deem useless.  No Goodwill, no Salvation Army, just the good ol' fashion refuse.  While it drives me nuts, I now work at the dump.  I'm not a huge fan of picking off of the pile, but if it needs done, I'm your frickin' guy.

I was helping a gentleman unload the other day and was amazed at the stuff he was throwing away.  Non-ferrous metal, fishing poles, bird houses and this:

She's a 4 pounder.  Plenty of cheek.  Looks like she'd make a good splitter.
Here is the stamp.  I recognized it immediately from a wedge I bought at a yard sale last summer.
Has a US stamp.
4 lbs.
As I said earlier, very cheeky.
No mushroom on the pole.

And this is the wedge I mentioned before.  Anyone know what the company is?  I'm sure if I looked I could find it, but I've been a busy, busy man.

Pax Domini Sit Semper Vobiscum,

Mike, Oscar, Hotel......out.
