Today in the News: I promised I'd post something every day this week and I'm doing it. This post is about river drives. Growing up in Aroostook county, I used to ask my dad about the "islands" on the river. They were obviously man-made and the following videos define what they were used for. Enjoy. It is a piece of our history that is long gone.
